Hello, Welcome to Vienna,

our apartments are located in the city center, in a top position, in the first district of Vienna. The house was built in 1902 and rebuilt after the war. The apartments are in the second floor (lift) and have the flair of a Viennese old building with a ceiling height of 3.30m. We have recently completely renovated and tastefully furnished. Two entrances provide different impressions. The main entrance at the “Passauer Platz” is located in close proximity to the church of  “Maria am Gestade” and  from the  entrance “Salzgries”  you can enjoy the view of historic Baroque buildings. Numerous shops for food, pharmacy, hairdressers, cafes and restaurants are in close proximity.
