Payment:
The agreed amount is paid in advance on arrival.
Reservations:
The reservation is binding through your final reservation by mail, and our confirmation.
Cancellation:
Free! Cancelations up to 30 days before arrival are without charge.
Cancelations up to 7 days before arrival will be charged with 30 percent of all nights.
If canceled later, the full amount will be charged.

General:
The house rules apply to all apartments in these pages and regulate the basic conditions for all participants to enjoy a pleasant stay in a refined atmosphere.
If there are separate house rules at the respective rental available on site, then these house rules form an integral part of the general house rules. The particular house rules that is posted in the apartments / houses are binding for the guests. With different regulatory issues,the house rules on site apply.
The remaining points remain untouched. The owner reserves the right during the rental period to carry out inspections in the apartments.
